Like all AI, ComplianceOS can make mistakes—which is exactly why we built verification into every answer. Each response includes the exact source text, page number, and confidence score so you can verify findings yourself. Our secondary verification layer flags potential issues before you see them. We're not replacing human judgment; we're making it faster.

What happens to my documents?

Your documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never use your documents to train our models or any third-party models. You control retention—delete immediately after analysis or keep for reference. Enterprise customers can specify data sovereignty requirements for regional compliance.

How long does setup take?

There's no setup. Create an account, upload a document, select a playbook, and get results in minutes. Enterprise customers with custom playbooks typically complete onboarding in 1-2 weeks.

Can I create custom playbooks?

Yes. Professional and Enterprise plans include a playbook builder where you can define your own questions and analysis criteria. Enterprise customers get dedicated support for building playbooks tailored to their specific compliance requirements.

What document types do you support?

PDF (including scanned documents with OCR), Word (.docx, .doc), Excel (.xlsx, .csv), PowerPoint (.pptx), and plain text files. We're adding new formats based on customer requests.

API access is available on Enterprise plans. This lets you integrate ComplianceOS into your existing workflows, build custom applications, or connect with your document management systems.

Do you have SOC 2 certification?

We're building toward ISO 27001 certification with regular third-party security audits. We're GDPR compliant and designed to meet EU and UK data protection requirements. Enterprise customers can request our security documentation and audit reports.

What if I need help or something goes wrong?

Professional plans include email support with 24-hour response times. Enterprise customers get a dedicated account manager and priority support. All users can access our documentation and community resources.
